ZKS900 dough sheeting line is high customizable for manufacturing dough band for either pastries or bread .
Key features
1 ) Spiral dough mixer is available , 200-300 kg capacity
2 ) The cutting hopper will cut the mixed dough into regular pieces ,normally 5 kg per piece.
3 ) 2 sets of laminating devices , 3-144 layers available , amplitude adjustable
4 ) The whole line is made of hygieneic grade 304 stainless steel ,easy to clean .
5 ) Siemens PLC touch screen on the electric carbinate
6 ) Dough former extruding the dough band , sensor control and thickness adjustable
7 ) Every phase conveyor belt is equiped with quick release mechanism for quick cleaning.
8 ) Robust multirollers , 12 satellite rollers and one big roller , well thinning the dough band
9 ) Double roller device well for dough band stress free
10) Can be configured for kinds of bread dough band sheeting
