Our quality control team is led by seasoned technical experts with nearly 20 years of experience in bakery automation. Every bread production line undergoes a rigorous, three-phase inspection before leaving our facility to ensure zero-error integration at your factory.

 

Material & Grade Testing: We do not rely solely on supplier certificates. Every batch of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel is verified via portable spectrometers for thickness and alloy composition. Core electrical components—including Siemens PLCs and servo drives—are individually inspected for genuine certification and original factory calibration before assembly.

 

48-Hour Continuous Dry-Running: Once assembled, the complete line runs non-stop for 48 hours without product. During this phase, infrared thermometers monitor motor temperatures, and continuous sensors check conveyor belt alignment. This testing eliminates premature mechanical wear and potential electrical faults before the machine is crated.

 

Client-Specific Dough Acceptance: Before final approval, we test the system using real dough tailored to your exact recipe and hydration level (up to 80%). We run the line at full production speed to monitor portioning weight stability, ensuring the servo dividing mechanism maintains its gentle, low-impact handling without damaging the gluten structure.

 

This mechanical and operational consistency is fully documented, meeting both CE certification and ISO9001 quality management systems to provide a traceable, reliable setup for industrial bakeries.
