It provides the massive strength required for continuous operation in massive bread and pastry lines.


Advanced Dough Development System

For industrial facilities managing massive throughput, the HM 1000 is built to stabilize high-output dough processing without quality drift. It specifically addresses the mechanical challenges of processing large-batch formulas with up to 64% hydration. The kneading logic mimics a high-intensity stretching and folding motion, ensuring that even at peak capacity, the gluten structure is fully developed without the friction-induced tearing common in smaller mixers.


Integrated Thermal Regulation Jacket 

Continuous, heavy-duty mixing generates significant kinetic heat which can ruin fermentation consistency. The HM 1000 incorporates a high-flow water cooling jacket surrounding the entire mixing bowl. This system is engineered to maintain a stable dough temperature—ideally around 28°C—even during back-to-back mixing cycles in high-ambient-temperature factory environments.


High-Torque Power Drive Unit 

Driving a heavy-duty flour mixer requires more than just a big motor; it requires torque management. The HM 1000 uses a reinforced V-belt and chain-reduction drive that acts as a mechanical buffer. This setup protects the motor from the extreme inertia of start-up loads and the constant resistance of high-viscosity dough, ensuring long-term reliability in 24/7 production environments.


Food-Grade Hygienic Construction 

To minimize downtime for sanitation, the machine features a simplified, open-frame Food-Grade SUS304 stainless steel chassis. We have eliminated recessed pockets and internal corners to ensure zero dead zones for flour accumulation. This design allows maintenance teams to perform rapid, thorough wash-downs that exceed global HACCP and sanitary engineering standards.


Automated Process Control Interface

The HM 1000 is ready for integration into fully automated bakery lines via its industrial PLC interface.
