1. Description
This line is automatic croissant whole line, including pastry dough laminator machine and croissant make-up machine. This line has 2 freezers to make it more effective and automatic. This line is suitable big bakery and factory with high capacity.

1). Hi automation line , integrated the dough lamination , dough freezing and croissant making up at same line
2). High capacity , benifit from the high automation , the line capacity is highly increased to 800kg /hr ;
3). Two sets of frezzers temperature and freezing time are adjustable ; temperature up to -35℃；
4). The tunnel freezer can put both on ground or above the machines ;
5). According to capacity requirements , the croissant make up line belt width can be 650mm ~ 850mm ;
