GS600 bread line is module designed and enable to make different bread by adding or changing some parts ;
The special design chunker will very carefully treat the ciabatta soft dough ; a unit of longitudinal cutter will cut the dough band into several dough strips , a guillotine will cut the strips into raw ciabatta , different size of ciabatta making is available by changing the forming cutting die ;
