Rustic artisan bread require very high water contain in dough that up to around 76% or higher , GS600 special design chunker will very lightly treat the dough into dough band , in the meanwhile , flour dusters will dusting away the flour on both side of dough , the sheeting system can be flexibly combined according to the need of different rustic artisan bread ;
