1. Description 

ZDN series donut production line is mainly used to produce semi-finished donut as the frozen donut , the quality of donut is to great extent depend on the quality of dough band , during the dough band sheeting process , we supply wide solution according to need .

1 )  The dough would be mixed by a 5 bag flour volume spiral mixer 

2 )  The mixed dough would be dumped into the cut hopper and been cut into regular pieces

3 )  Dough band former would extrude the dough blocks into dough band uniformly 

4 )  The thickness of dough band is adjustable manually 

5 )  Sets of multirollers would pressing the dough band to be thinner .

6 )  The number of multirollers can be configured differently for different case 

2. Key features 

1 )   The working width can be customized according to need ,from 600mm to 900mm

2 )   Net dough band width of this line is 600 mm ,it is customized.

3 )   Donut weight is adjustable by changing the cutter .

4 )   The cutting hopper is used to cut the mixed dough into pieces

5 )   Two sets of pressing device uniformly press the dough band into certain thickness .

6 )   PLC touch screen control system , and your language is available on the control pannel.

7 )   World brand electronic component to ensure the line running quite smoothly .

8 )   Custom-tailor according to your specific demand .

9 )   The proofing box and fried machine are also available if need
