1. Product description :
ZDN 900 donut line is mainly used to produce kinds of donut with different dough type ,different size. The quality of donut is to great extent depend on the quality of dough band. We supply wide key solution according requirement of client.
1 ) The dough would be mixed by a 5 bag flour volume spiral mixer
2 ) The thickness of dough band is adjustable manually
3 ) The number of multirollers can be configured differently for different case
4 ) Dough band former would extrude the dough blocks into dough band uniformly
5 ) The mixed dough would be dumped into the cut hopper and been cut into regular pieces
6 ) Sets of multirollers would pressing the dough band to be thinner .

1) The working width can be customized according to need ,from 600mm to 900mm
2) Net dough band width of this line is 600 mm ,it is customized.
3) Donut size is adjustable by changing the cutter .
4) Custom-tailor according to your specific demand .
5) Two sets of pressing device uniformly press the dough band into certain thickness .
