1. Production description

ZPS 900 pizza production line can be upgrated to full-auto line with cooling & proofing system ,

The proffing system is one or two tunnels , the tunnels can also been assembled into the line ,either been assembled above the line for space saving .

2. Features

1 )   The pizza line working width is 600 - 900 , customized  .

2 )   The cooling & proofing tunnels is optional 

3 )   The tunnels can highly reduce the labor and inhance the working efficiency .

4 )   The temperature can be adjusted independently 

5 )   The width of the stainless steel chain is adjustable accoding to the width of the line 

6 )   7 floors chains inside the proofing tunnels 

7 )   In some cases , one cooling & proffing tunnel are available .
