ZKS900 dough sheeter provides various pastry & bread dough sheeting solution for industrial bakeries , for pastry dough sheeting , the line turn out to be a laminator / dough laminating line , the fat pump can automatically and uniformly feed the fat / margarine / butter into the dough band . and then , be sheeted.

Key features

1 )   The high output spiral dough mixer is available , 200-300 kg per time .

2 )   The cutting hopper will cut the mixed dough into regular pieces ,normally 5 kg per piece.

3 )   The fat pump is screwl driving extruding the fat , a conveyor for fat block is available.

4 )   Hygienic grade 304 stainless steel ,easy to clean .  

5 )   Pressure sensor inside the pump to well control and fat feeding .

6 )   The size of fat extruding nozzle is adjustable . 

7 )    Siemens PLC touch screen on the electrical cabinet , and multilingual .

8)   Can be configured for kinds of bread dough band sheeting
