2. How the cake dissolver mixing head works ?
The internal teeth running in high speed to well mix the cake batter and the air , then realize the aeration to the the liquid .The transfer pump feeding the ingredient into the mixing head ,in the meanwhile, the air enter into the cavity too , then the set teeth and rotate teeth running in high speed to mix the air into ingredient .
