1. Production line description:
ZDF series cake batter dissolver is a perfect choice for chiffon cake and other many cake batter mixing ,
It is a full automatic line to accomplish the process of feeding , storing , cooling etc .the key parts of the line is the batter mixing head .
2. How the cake dissolver mixing head works ?
The internal teeth running in high speed to well mix the cake batter and the air , then realize the aeration to the the liquid .The transfer pump feeding the ingredient into the mixing head ,in the meanwhile, the air enter into the cavity too , then the set teeth and rotate teeth running in high speed to mix the air into ingredient . There will be a constant pressure in the mixing head , approximately 6 bar maximal value . As the pressure rise , the air can be easily attracted in .
